Maybe it’s time we stop putting games like this on our schedule?
We can’t compete- these games are a complete demoralizer. There
is nothing we can learn from a game like this- except we will be
lucky to finish anywhere close to the middle of the pack in CAA
play. I think 9th might be optimistic

I'm guessing it was a $100,000 ass-kicking, maybe more.
If I have it right, this is our most lopsided defeat since
losing 107-59 at Maryland in December 2000. Leon Brisport with a
team-high 18 in that one.

At least two OOC opponents got upset wins: Rider beat Delaware
and Army beat UTSA.

I think this should be the take away. Michigan State is finally
looking like the title contender they should have been all
season. Still hard to watch

That’s not necessarily the takeaway. A lot of teams can look
like a contender when they’re playing a mediocre team.
