Would it be played in Pritchard? Any shot at the big arena?
Would they ever consider playing anywhere else? I sure hope not
- the whole point would be to get into the NCAA.

The arena is being resurfaced right now (from 2-20 until 2-24)
for the potential championship game. No way they would play it
at Pritchard. I already asked one of the guys at the ticket
office. Championship game would be in the SBU Arena...

As said, it'd be at the Arena if at all possible. Worst case,
Pritchard.

The championship CANNOT be held at Pritchard under any
circumstances. Not because of the turnout - because of the
capacity standards laid out by the conference. In order to host
a championship game, the capacity of the arena - I believe -
must be over 2-3K. SBU knows this, and their hand is forced -
they MUST prepare SBU Arena for this game, or risk having to
play far off campus (I think Suffolk Community Brentwood or
Adelphi have decent enough facilities, if you want to admit how
sad it is that right now a community college and D2 school play
in a better facilities.

Dumb question - is the Suffolk Brentwood Campus what was known
as Suffolk West in the past?

I believe so, yes. Not entirely positive. The Brentwood campus
is called the "Grant campus", does that ring a bell?

Yeah - thats it. A real nice building - tons or roll up
bleachers - massive facility. It wont come to that - but it
would be perfect.

I have a doctor appointment that morning and there is no way I
could make it to SBU in time for an 11AM tip-off. But the
superstitious person I am will wait until after Sunday
afternoon's semi to call my doctor to re-schedule!
