yes. in other sports too we give up the equivalent, all the
time.
snoddy 6 boards. btw we are 12/20 from 2. pavs points said we
have to shoot well to win!

to me rider actually looks very good 1v1 and athletic
off-dribble. it's shooting and team offense they cant get
together.

That’s the thing. Much better looks than we got the first two
weeks. I say you gotta take ‘em. But it comes back to … can we
shoot?

well i will summarize if you arent watching- we kept shooting
threes, even when up 12. even when missing all of them (except
one).
and that's how you let a team like rider hang around, even when
they are shooting a putrid 16/51 (31.4%) and 3/18 from deep.
if im the coaching staff- and im not- i look at total 4 assists
(a bad game for a normal guard) and then tomorrow i teach
passing. and again on wed.

The scorebug being off for most of the second half is pretty
annoying. And the court level camera is very shaky.

we won, but this was a terrible outing.
why keep shooting threes, when (1) we have a large lead, or (2)
when consistently missing threes? are the kids not thinking?
greedy? not coached???
if not coached to do so- what's the concern here, expanding the
lead by 3 instead of 2 because we need a bigger cushion
against... rider university? that math doesnt even work. in
other words- i can only assume that we either arent running the
numbers, or really dont want to win- given our historically poor
three pointer % (has it ever been decent???). dont we want to
win???
right before this i watched indiana vs louisville, and there you
see top caliber players, passing the ball. and they improve
their shot % by doing such. of course.
