What I was told is that Chuck told SH that he would quit if he
didn’t get his extension just before the season was to begin and
SH gave him a 3 year extension which backfired

wow, if true, that's quite the gamble. maybe he saw the writing
on the wall and figured he didnt have much to lose, and a lot to
gain.

If what you are saying is true, than SH is more of a knucklehead
then I originally thought. That was SH out, to let Priore
resign. Wow!
Something tells me this is not true Campi, I’m sorry. I’m not
buying it. Priore is not going to be hired anywhere else in the
FCS. He had it made sucking the taxpayers fry here in NYS. I
doubt he threatened to quit if SH didn’t extend his contract

I agree that if we always had this as an out, why didn't we
implement it sooner?
A goldfish could have given us equal results to a combined 2-17
record. We could have started the true rebuilding process 2
years earlier if Shawn told him to kick rocks then.

I know these are pipedreams but I like the idea of aiming big. I
don’t expect this to be a forever job for a young coach- however
if it’s a springboard to bigger things it’s a win-win.

I’m not doubting that you heard that, Campi. But I call the BS…
Let me get this straight. Coach P threatens Sean Heilbron with
resignation if he doesn’t get what he wants, which was a
three-year contract extension?. Let’s look at his record the
last five years. Does Sean Heilbron really think Coach P
warrants a contract extension??. I say BS the contract extension
was always there regardless what his record was. This was like a
parting gift towards the end of his career which clearly was
coming to an end anyway.

Does anyone know if Hatch is still with the team? Please make my
