No one is talking about the coach that was here years ago and
went to Union. Jeff Berman. Keep an eye out for his name.

Honestly, the program went to shit after Behrman left. Wouldn't
hate this.

The Duke coach took the job at AM. Does that shakeup help our
chances at Hemphil or Santucci? (understand both are long shots)

Not one bit. If a new coach at one of those big schools wants an
assistant to follow, they usually get a war chest to pay for
assistants. Elko has an $11 million budget for coaches and staff
at A&M. Any Duke coach he wants to bring over, or any A&M one he
wants to keep, is about to get $$$$.

Obviously we can't outbid AM, but there's no guarantee Elko
intends to bring them over. They may be looking for a new job at
the same time Stony Brook HC is open

They would probably not have any other options if they came to
SB knowing how bad it is here. Jeff Berman isnt at that level so
he could be an option and now that JMU and Delaware are gone the
conference has lost a lot of value.

Chairman,
I'm posting this here because another thread has yet again been
locked. The thread "2023 players going into the portal" was a
productive and important thread. Members should be allowed to
express their opinions, arguments should be had, free thought
and speech should be had. Agree to disagree should be had. If a
member is COMPLETELY disrespectful or inflammatory then message
him/her and warn them but to just delete a post or suspend the
member without warning(I have been a recipient of these actions
and more than one occasion) is counter productive to a Forums
main purpose , which is free speech and the ability to argue
your opinions or points. Im probably going to get suspended for
this post and I'm sure it will be deleted. Prove me wrong.

I agree because by debating we see other views by other people.
