New coach thread

I heard an unverified rumor that Priore is out, and I'm just
going to run with it despite nothing official.
Assuming that it's true, who would like to see take over at
Stony Brook. Prior head coaching experience? FBS experience? Any
names we should definitely reach out to?

First of all, I would really like to hope that rumor is true.
If we do replace, my priority is for someone to come here who
has strong connections to the Northeast. I don't want to hire a
Jeff Boals/Geno Ford lifelong Midwestern guy like Heilbron has
done in hoops. The only way Stony Brook will do well is to do
well recruiting in NY/NJ with selective recruiting outside the
region.

I agree. I wouldn’t be surprised if Heilbron just promotes
somebody from with in, and this football team just flounders
around for years to come

By the sounds of the Napoleon’s post press conference yesterday,
I have the feeling he knew something was up

Who is he going to promote, that useless defensive
coordinator/assistant head coach Hachmann? He is trash...and a
clueless buffoon!
