If it weren't for the pick-six, it's 31-6, which sounds about
right for the massive chasm in offensive capabilities that we've
seen.

Sad sad sad. Closing in on our first winless season in the
history of Stony Brook football (Est. 1984).
If that doesn't lead to Priore's firing. I don't know what will.
Complete embarrassment.
I love my Seawolves. Hate to see the state of Seawolves FB and
athletics overall.
This University deserves better. Fire EVERYONE (From the coach
up to the A.D) and start from scratch. We need changes in the
basketball program too

Im happy for coach pat hatch who gets to start getting ready for
thanks giving early this year and he can be on social media
talking about players that left. He was happy to be home for
thanks giving last year on social media.

What a catastrophe. This program has been sinking for the last 5
years and has finally bottomed out. Changes are needed but will
any be made? That is the million dollar question. We shall see.

The last team to go winless in the CAA – all games – was 2012
Rhode Island under Joe Trainer. They went 0-11 that year,
Trainer’s fourth at the helm. He did get a fifth though, going
3-9 before being shown the door.
If I’m SH, the “no pressure” comment is so damning. I really
hope he turns the page but I don’t think he will.

Putting academics aside (I'm sure that's a factor for some of
the players), I can't imagine why someone with other D-I options
would want to play football for SB next year if Priore comes
back.

What a joke
These players deserve better than the leadership. If Heilbron
keeps Priore after the worst season in Stony Brook history, I
really don’t know what to say other than Heilbron also needs to
go. No other athletic program would tolerate this prolonged
mediocrity.
Heilbron has not shown leadership at all as it relates to
football. Listen I’m a potential donor who is now spending much
more money on my local Big East hoops program because I have no
desire to see money get mismanaged by Heilbron et al. All I’m
asking for is a comment or two during the season about
accountability or something.
I’m done with this football program if we get another
meaningless statement where he blames the season on rebuilding
and says there are things they promise to fix in a TWT blog
post. If this is tolerable there is absolutely no reason to
waste money on DI football.
Drop down a level and put that money into basketball instead
IMHO.

Your not alone. the coach and ad have to go neither can stay
they have destroyed the football program and their fundraising.
There were just a few people at the game today for this game and
its a shame.

Predictions on the 3-minute student press conference, "Proud of
our guys. Played hard never gave up. Well prepared (he always
drops that in) I thought we were in it...a few plays didn't go
our way...this starts at the top and we're fix it during the
offseason....adversity, injuries, etc"

My final word on the 2023 Football season (as I will also be
taking the bye week off)...Priore will come back next year and
Heilbronn will bury the announcement in one of his Together We
Transform statements...see everyone on the MBB page.
