Don't understand your reply. But even with a scholarship, that
athletes who wanted to play college football and have 5 years
total to play should stick around on this team. It's done, this
team hit rock bottom and it's going to take years for it to
recover. The guys who graduated last year got crushed during
their entire time on the team. It's so unfortunate that removing
Priore was not done 3 years ago.

He was on scholarship here and not playing so he’s probably a
good fit for Cortland where he would get a lot of playing time

Campi. This kid got Power 5 offers in High School but chose to
stay home close to the family.. SBU, as always under your friend
Priore's leadership, destroyed this kid's athletic career.

He didn't see the field on bad Stony Brook teams. Campi is
right. He'll likely transfer down.

He didn't see the field because the defensive coordinator is a
clown and has no idea how to coach. If he sticks around, and I
hope not for the boys' sake, watch him on the sideline. He does
nothing, sits there with his white board and looks clueless.
Rotelli, along with many others on both sides of the ball,
should have been given an opportunity to play. At the very
least, at the end of games when you are down by 30 in the second
half or with all the injuries down the stretch of the season.

You hit the nail on the head. Hachman has no clue! That guy was
terrible as the LB Coach and elevated when Collins passed. How
you don't give anyone a chance to hit the field like you said is
terrible. Again another bad move in house. Like last season with
the made up QB coach. This program couldn't recognize talent on
any level. Hell they would probably not play T.J. and J.J. Watt.

Like you said, he couldn't handle the LB position, and he also
held the titles of assistant head coach and got elevated to
defensive coordinator with the passing of Collins. Numerous
players played hurt and never came off the field. And those same
players also were on every special teams unit.
