Fordham is the favorite team giving 10.5 points. Our offense
under a coach let go from his job before this at Maine needs to
do something.

I was at the game and if the Fordham Receivers didn’t drop like
5 passes in the first half it would have been another blowout.
In the first half we had 4th and goal and ran a QB sneak and
couldn’t score.

Really glad I did not subscribe to Flo Sports for football...if
my math is correct SB managed 26 yards of offense in the second
half and 3 turnovers.

SBU’s strength has always been the running game well through 6
games Ross Tallerrico is the leading rusher with 208 yards total
that in itself is a huge problem. So we’re throwing the ball
much better then in the past but the running game is not
happening at all right now.
At this point of the season I can’t see us winning any games.

So we were up 7-6 at halftime. Got stuffed on 4th and goal at
the 1 before halftime, could have been 14-6.
We held Fordham to 6 points throughout the first 45 mins, they
get a TD on the final play of the 3rd quarter, then Case fumbles
twice in a row and gets picked off on the next drive.
26 yards of offense in the second half... yeah the weather was
bad but Fordham still outgained you on the day by 100. Just
putrid.

Priore's post game interview is disqusting. He is filled with
arrogance and is completely shifty in his seat while he loudly
chugs from his Pepsi. Always the same questions and same
answers. I wish the student reporter would ask him the hard
questions such as "Coach, you're team under your leadership is
0-6 this season, not to mention all previous season loses. Do
you think that removing you as head coach should be part of the
"rebuilding process"?

Nobody at SB is embarased and nobody at SB cares not the
president not heilbron not the coach. Just deal with it and
support them thats what they want. Dont ask any questions
either.

The post game press conferences are a joke- biggest softball
questions because there isn't a real media presence for this
team.
Shawn Heilbron continues to ignore the existence of the football
team. For a dude that seems to be so invested in football, its
going to be what he's remembered for. No offense to the success
of cross-country and women's hoops, his bungling of football is
a fireable offense. This team hasn't had a winning record since
2019. I'm not a giant booster by any means but I used to send a
decent amount of money to Stony Brook athletics but I cannot
justify it in this day and age.
I know this may be unpopular, but I would rather just get rid of
football at Stony Brook than continue this charade. What's the
point of the program right now? Either you take this program
seriously or you don't.

While we were losing to Fordham Maine was playing LIU and beat
them 24-13 so I think right now if we played LIU it would be a
real struggle for us to compete
