The Seawolves return home to face Fordham.
These is one of those programs that IMO the Seawolves should be
routinely beating. We should be a tier above them in terms of
recruiting. Our program commits so much more resources to
football than Fordham...
BUT!!! we all know how things have turned out the past two
years. Back to back losses against the Rams.
Fordham found a way to beat FBS Buffalo 40-37 a few weeks ago
and lost to Albany to start the season.
This is probably gonna be an L. But screw it. I'll attend
anyway. Hope to see a nice Fall crowd there
EDIT: 94% chance of rain for Saturday. Brutal
I really hope the rain moves to friday/sunday

i feel like a broken skipping record but the concept of how much
resources spent on a sport doesnt work at SB. because the issue
is the campus, and not the funding of football. but that's just
my 2 cents, go SB!!!

The stadium was pretty full years ago. It's the AD who is in
charge and under him the program has sunk to the bottom. It will
be raining hard and blowing hard on Saturday and the stadium
will be pretty empty because no one will come out to see a
losing team especially in that weather.
This will probably be a lost game but if they do happen to win
they will be excited like theyre 6-0 and many will consider that
an accomplishment. The place is a laughing stock.

I hope they win for the players sake and if they jump up down
good for them

0-5, not a single change on either side of the ball or special
teams. Why carry over 100 players if you continue to use the
same ones, who obviously aren't getting the job done. I'm not
saying change everyone, but a few here or there can't hurt.
Hell, it can't get worse, you're winless.

The players work hard and deserve a win or two, and it would be
great for them to have the opportunity to celebrate on their
home field.
That said, I'm sure it will only take one win for the AD to use
as evidence that he and Priore are the architects of a rebuild
that is going in the right direction.

“Rebuild” assumes something last season was actually built.

Agreed. Priore and Heilbronn have not earned the right to use
the word "rebuild", but that is this year's excuse. Next year
the team will go something like 4-7 or 5-6 (at best) and the
confetti will really fall from the skies.

We all know what Heilbron will write in the end of the season
summary
"Coach Priore and I know that the results this year are
unacceptable. We have already identified areas that we can
improve to give the fans a product that will be competitive year
in and year out."
TOGETHER WE TRANSFORM
