If I read it right what you posted is that they should honor
their scholarship to the end of the semester but it doesn’t say
       that they have to.
Most of the players that have left SBU for greener pastures have
gone to either a DII or DIII Program I don’t know of many
players (maybe Lawton) who left that got a scholarship to an FBS
or FCS Program and as far as I know SBU is reluctant to take a
player back once he enters the portal

There's nothing wrong with DII or DIII if you get to play and
get treated better. SB is the bottom of the barrel in FCS thanks
to Heilbron and his useless fundraiser AD.

I love DII and DIII Football in fact when we have our Showcase’s
on LI in May we have at least 30-40 Programs from those
divisions. I’m friends with all those coaches. In fact every
December we have College Nights in both Nassau and Suffolk
County and all these coaches come to recruit our players.
I know that you think I’m the enemy but you’re wrong I’m for the
players first and I always will be. All I can say is if any
player on the SBU Roster wants to transfer they should have all
their ducks in a row before doing so.

I don't think you're the enemy i know who you are. Someone
pointed you out to us at my son's football game a couple of
years ago. Its just my opinion that you were a messenger on here
for a member or two of the sb coaching staff. I'm happy to see
you now agree they should be replaced. Six losing seasons and
there really is no other option but they will be here next year
because the AD and president dont care.

I’m going to post on this site my 2024 HS Football File it will
be sorted by what section they play in for NYS. It will
highlight where the players are going to college and for what
sport. The reason I will do this is so you know what I provide
to college coaches for recruiting purposes. I will post this in
December and update it every couple of weeks

By the way I was just trying to be positive with my comments and
I can promise everyone I’m not a messenger for the program. The
person I was the closest with was Bryan Collins

Campi I know we all know you have the programs best interest at
heart. We are at an inflection point in Long Island football
with both SBU and LIU struggling quite a bit. I don’t think
leadership at the university level appreciates the crisis. Back
when I was at SBU there was a palpable energy to the program and
I think we are all sad that it has faded.

I agree there seems to be no energy and as everyone knows it
starts at the top. I don’t know what will happen at the end of
the season but whatever ever it is it has to be very positive.
To win in the CAA on the field you have to also win the
recruiting wars and then develop those players.

How long have you compiled these lists? Curious to see your
previous picks and how they worked out.
