My husband pointed that out. He said he doesnt even put one on
during timeouts?

Nope, nothing! It's almost he is letter the ship steer itself in
the fog and If it hits an iceberg he will say he wasn't at the
wheel. Typical swamp mentality "it wasn't my fault, I'm not
responsible". Like the mayors and governor's of today
