All you politicians need to start a new thread and take that
somewhere else. I’m sure P doesn’t care or have a say with what
goes on outside of football operations. Let’s keep this
strictly to the game and not politics. The players aren’t
playing politics and I’m pretty sure the coaches aren’t either.
Oh and BTW 90% of colleges are all liberal, some schools have
very strong football traditions that will never change and that
has nothing to do with how they feel politically, that’s my
political 2 cents that I will never contribute to again on this
forum.

I wasn’t at the game so don’t know what the halftime show was
like. I support LGBT rights but agree that football should stick
to football. That’s what fans go to the game to see and
experience. Anything else seems like sermonizing. Emphasizing
other issues may explain why the success of the sports programs
is getting shortchanged. In that sense, this “political”
discussion is relevant.
