Sam Cooper is a 3 star recruit with 25 D1 offers including Pitt
and Syracuse.

lot of guys with a lot of offers for a change.

We’ve always brought in really good talent however they didn’t
develop that talent especially walk ons we had a lot of good
ones but they were only used as a last resort. I guarantee you
all these HS kids that Cosh is bringing in would not get a look
if Coach P was still here. He told someone last year if he had a
choice between a HS kid or a Portal kid he would more than
likely take the Portal Player.
It’s hard to judge Cosh philosophy compared to Priore when it
comes to recruiting so we’ll have to wait a couple of years to
see how these players develop. I will say this for the short
time this staff has been together they’ve done a great job
recruiting. By the way there are still more to come
