       Exactly. It doesn't matter at this point ,PWO's need to run
       also. Maybe some of these guys don't care on the team because
       they are grad students and are having their tuition payed for,
       but the majority still want to play and win and that is not in
       this teams future if they don't make any staff changes, so what
       other choice do you have but to run away
