According to Twitter
@NewYorkHoopsIns - Terrell Williams Jr was on campus last night
visiting Stony Brook. Transfer from Southern University who
averaged 8points, 4 rebounds per game. He is an athletic wing
who was also the SWAC Rookie of the year during the 2020-2021
season.

SWAC rated 31/32 in Kenpom, but I suppose there are always
Diamonds in the Rough there. Would prefer add'l depth at PF
(6'7" - 6'9"). but he nationally ranked (#376) on FT rate, so
he gets to the line a lot, which implies he's active on the
boards.

I think people here are going to like Maidoh. I thought he would
develop into a bigger force on both ends at Fairfield; you watch
his highlights and wonder how he wasn't a walking double-double
like Supreme Cook ended up being. Instead, he was good size,
athleticism and energy off the bench for a few years. We had to
get tougher inside, and I think we did today.
Depth chart updated on the original post.

He's big, and adds much needed depth in the front court. He
looks pretty quick in the video. His #'s at Fairfield though
are somewhat underwhelming.

I like the way this team is coming together. By the time the
conference tournament rolls around, we're going to have eight
guys with 50+ games of Division I experience under their belts,
and TSM (if he stays), Maidoh and Clarke would be up over 130.
Think about that compared to what we entered the CAAs with this
past year.
Might Policelli re-evaluate his options and see that he fits
right in?
With the conference move, I was expecting to draw more
three-star types from power conference programs (a la Fitz) but
so far we've seen more instances of pulling starters/rotation
players from lower-tier D-I teams. I feel as though that's been
the case across the conference, and when you see a team like
Charleston have the year it had with guys from West Liberty,
Wofford, Bethel and the juco level, who's to say it can't work?

I think the Snoddy move solidified Policelli is gone. I like how
this team is coming together should be an interesting year. Not
really sure where to peg us relative to the rest of the CAA who
is the favorite next year Charleston?
