Per this
(
HTML https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stony_Brook_Seawolves_men%27s_basketball_statistical_leaders),<br
/>Frankie currently has the 4th-most rebounds in a single season
,
with 302. If he gets another double-double today he'll pass
Brenton's 2009-10 season for third most.
With 524 career rebounds, he's 8th all time and will move to 7th
with two today.

Good stuff. The amazing thing with Policelli is he averaged
0.5 / 4.3 / 4.5 RPG in the AE his 3 years there, per ESPN. CAA
is arguably a more physical league and he literally doubled his
Rebound production this year over any past season. And Frankie
is no leaper; all about ball anticipation and positioning.

Not sure how Charleston loses tonight I could see a path to
victory against Uncw, Towson, and Hofstra. But Charleston
strengths align directly against this teams weaknesses. I think
we only win if its 73-70 TSM has 23-5-5 and Policelli has 20-10
and every one else doesn’t turn the ball over and rebounds.
Checkmate, why are you surprised at a 20 point spread?
Less that it’s 20. More that it jumped five points.

Now that’s a balance team with a great HC. Don’t tell me SBU
can’t afford a HC like Speedy!!

Monmouth rolls by 36, loses by 19 the next day
William and Mary rolls by 22, loses by 48 the next day
Hoping we break that trend.

I really don’t like the CAA format. It’s a war of attrition,
with these continuous back-to-backs.

That's why the top 4 seeds get automatic byes to the
quarterfinals

I could be wrong but I think a lot of the conferences do it this
way, having to win on back-to-back days...giving the byes an
even greater advantage

Fatigue is definitely a factor, but I’m totally good with the
format. It’s a bad look if a one-bid league’s lone tournament
rep is some doormat. It makes the regular season matter more. If
a bottom dweller wins the conference, they will have earned it.

I never came close to playing college basketball, but is playing
games on consecutive days that much of a burden on 20-year olds?
