I think it would be crazy to extend Geno and they probably cant
afford to buy him out so I see him coaching one more year. May
be then heilbron will be gone and a new AD can hire a new coach
and put there mark on the program. What the president does with
Geno and Heilbron will tell us a lot. Carjackings in DC and the
defund the police BS down there would be enough to keep me far
away from that place this weekend.

Jones or Grasso would both be home run hires.
Please get me somebody from NY or Long Island. Pikiell built
this team on guys from NY and NJ- we need a coach that has deep
connections in those two places. '

Policelli and TSM are absolutely two great local players but
Ford really has done a mediocre job stocking the team with
players from the region. I feel like Pikiell did a much better
job.
Think about the talent Pikiell got from NJ- Warney was
absolutely the biggest get but Olaniyi/Dougher were also two
guys that grew a ton here. I'm a little biased because I live
here now but there is so much hoops talent in NJ.

Well, SBU is known to be quite transparent with stuff like that

Boo hiss on that! I think TSM deserved 2nd team (he got 3rd)
and Frankie definitely should have gotten 3rd team. Of the 3
teams, only Kam Woods (NCA&T, 2nd team) and TSM (SBU, 3rd team)
got placed, when it came to newcomers in the league. That
probably had something to do with it, when it came to coaches
voting. They don't want to tick off the legacy teams. I'm
guessing that either this fuels Frankie for next year, or he
decides to move to another league, after this snub.

Amen, Pops. Excellent year for the young man. That second half
at Hampton is up there with the greatest one-man shows in school
history � not even an exaggeration!
The CAA is just so different from the AE. 13 teams, only 15
spots. Elon, W&M, Monmouth and Hampton got shut out entirely. If
you pull somebody from the third team, it's probably TSM because
you can't have two all-conference guys in a league this big if
the team went 10-21/6-12. But of course it's a different kind of
year with players dropping left and right here. Those two guys
absolutely carried us.

Pretty crazy Frankie let the league in rebounding and didnt make
the all defensive team.
