SPACEBOUNCE COUNCIL

IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT THE LEAGUE RULEBOOK, IN SOME
ASPECTS, FAILS TO PROPERLY ADDRESS SOME RULES AND CONDITIONS.
THIS CAN (AND HAS) LEAD TO DISPUTE INVOLVING TEAMS, TEAMMATES,
MATCH ETIQUETTE, AND GUIDELINES. TO PREVENT FURTHER DISPUTES,
AND TO IMPROVE UPON THE RULEBOOK, I PROPOSE THE SPACEBOUNCE
LEAGUE OF HAXBALL TO IMPLEMENT A SYSTEM OF JUDICIAL REVIEW.
IDEALLY, THIS WOULD REQUIRE THE FORMATION OF A COUNCIL, COMPOSED
OF REPUTABLE AND HONORABLE SPACEBOUNCERS. THESE SPACEBOUNCERS
SHOULD ALREADY BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE
LEAGUE RULEBOOK. THE COUNCIL MUST BE NONPARTISAN AND UNBIASED.

I completely agree on all counts, BARON. I will gladly accept
my nomination onto the council and am eager to make SBLH a
better place for all spaceballers.

As I somewhat agree with the idea of a Council, I shall decline
such thing. As we all know, it's only been the 1st game and
there will obviously be problems. Trevor is doing the best that
he can. He will sort this all out with the help of the league.
If we band together as GMs and Players all around, we can make
this league the best that it can be.

jorty me and jared basically were always active on the HBA
forums. Im willing to help trevor on anything.

I agree with the need for a council, where as members of the
Spacebounce League of Haxball, our voices may be heard.
Additionally I propose that this council to be initially
comprised of up to 52 members. New members may be self-nominated
for inclusion in the council.
Now we will need a public location where all council members can
equally have their voices heard, a "forum" if you will.
Just as this council must be completely unbiased, the public
forum we choose to use must be in a neutral location for all
parties involved. As such, I propose the formation of the
"Committee to Decide the Public Forum to Hold the Records and
Proceedings of the Council of Spaceball League of Haxball
Judicial Review Court", or "CDPFHRPCSBLHJRC" for short.

What if we do the council like SpaceBounce GMs and admins vs the
SpaceBouce Players Assosiation? Like the NBA how they do there
negotiations. That would be interesting.
