I know a chargeback initiated but it was not under my control, i
didn't ask my mom if i can send the money but please respond to
my emails or communicate with me(Skype isn't working) SO we can
figure out a way to cancel the chargebacks.

if you paid through paypal or an online service just dispute the
charges with that service it should cancel it
