       Suggestion:LSPD should make often live recruitments
       Would this require scripting - if so, to what extent?:it wouldnt
       take scripting
       Why do you think this should be in the server?:One of the admins
       said that /robbank is only allowed if there are a few cops
       on,and so far I have seen very little LSPD members on.LSPD chief
       should make live recruitments when there are 10+ players on to
       fill up the ranks.This doesnt apply to FBI,as FBI should be a
       secret.

       Well, LSPD just got purged, it is need of a faction leader. Due
       to the leader being inactive
