       The leader is Jack Roster
       The newcomers can drive only the cruiser for other vehicles they
       need permission in order to get it ask the leader (if online)if
       not ask any higher rank than you are.
       The normal gear is the one from the duty use the normal uniform
       or the one Sergeant.
       To go off duty you need permission.
       To arrest someone or ticket someone on your own you have to be
       rank 3 all units below rank 3 cant arrest someone on their own
       or ticket without someone 3 or above rank watching over them.All
       units below rank 2 cant use /d and all units below rank 5 cant
       use /gov Every unit have access to radargun tazer /r and more
       (/help if you want to see all commands and if you are in the
       FBI)
