SRU faction

How did Strategic Response Unit [SRU] Start?.
John Adam is the president of the Strategic Response Unit in San
Andreas. He has alot of time of experience in Police . From the
time he started working there, he always wanted to start up a
team to help the Civilians. After alot of time of serving in the
Cops he got a time for vacation from his boss. So he went to a
trip to California in United States of America. He accidentally
met with the chapter of California. After a time of speaking,
John noticed that one of cops had problems with his Family, so
John asked the to take him to The PD. He promised that he will
fix it. After several hours of work John got into Strategic
Response Unit. But he had to head to San Andreas, his vacation
time was ending. President of Strategic Response Unit asked John
if he wants to lead his own chapter in San Andreas.

I will ask a mapper
to make me a base there on two locations. I will choose one
Rank structure.
Leader;( Rank 6 )
Leader of the Faction. He is the leader figurehead and is
usually the person talking at the crimes.when dealing with the
police or the media. The Leader first talks with the criminal if
he is willing to give up.At base meetings and represents the
team at national meetings.
Sergeant; ( Rank 5 )
The Sargent is second in charge and fills in when the leader is
away. The Sargent is often the heir apparent to the leadership
although this isn’t always the case. It’s his job to make sure
that matters passed at base meetings are carried out
satisfactorily.
Advanced Captain; ( Rank 4 )
The Advanced Captain is basically the Full member of the SRU
“policeman” although most would not like to be referred to in
this way! He enforces base procedures and maintains order at
meetings. The sergeant is in charge of security at crime
lookouts and he is responsible for “back ups” . The sergeant
looks after the team firearms and other weapons.
CAPTAIN; ( Rank 3 )
Most SRU have a position known as Captain. He is in charge of
logistics during a Team run. He plans the route and organises
refuelling stops etc. The Captain rides at the front and leads
the pack with the Leader. The position of Road Captain is
usually a “non executive” position.
Member; ( Rank 2 )
Member is currently a true and known member of the Team. He is
an example to the hangarounds. Fully patched member can order
hangarounds if they are doing anything silly or restricted
although they cant order hangarounds fully.
Trail Member; ( Rank 1 )
Trail Member are the newest members of the Team. Their duty is
to listen to higher ranks orders and make a good look of
themselves to the higher ranks. Trail Member have just got their
vest with the SRU on it.

''faction''

2.The Base or whatever you call it is a house so..
3.Your faction can't be a police based faction.
4.ALL OF THE RANKS ARE COPYPASTED FROM The Hells Angels MC.
5.Story is also copied from The Helss Angels MC.(chapters and

Dear admins I have changed my ranks for the faction there is no
more sergeant at arms now it's advanced captain. Also I have
edited more and hopefully you will accept it. Another thing is
that this fction is not a gang this faction is like FBI but
better
