       How to stop DM

       Today I got killed like 50 times by DMers at VIP Lounge,they
       just come there,get guns and start shooting so my suggestion
       is,to us who already have GVIP and have been with the server
       from teh beginning,give us PVIP and make guns in vip locker for
       PVIP only so noobs cant get guns free or to anyone who DMs give
       a strike and when he gets 3 strikes,he gets reduced from GVIP so
       he cant get guns in VIP Locker

       Lol, no. Scott and I only give PVIP to who we thing deserve it
       and/or donate.
