Seriously?

What is their name?: Furlong or whatever his last name is
What did they do?(SS for proof would be great) Here's the
story: I was riding my NRG around, then the officer stopped me
to the side of the road. He gave me 2 tickets, one for speeding
(4000$) and another for reckless driving (4000$) and then he
asked me to do /accept ticket. I attempted it multiple times
and I had no money (0$) and when I tried to tell him I'd fill it
out after going to the bank he said (Yeah right) I tried to
tell him I had no money then he pulled out a minigun (What the
hell) then he shot me. I then proceeded to swear like a maniac
for a few seconds until I fell into a glitch dimension where I
stayed for around 15 minutes wondering what would happen, I then
relogged and everything came back to normal. Other than the 1
star wanted level I got for the -250$ I had. I will post a
screenie of that (Blacked out region is a private conversation)
What do you think we should do to the player you are posting a
complaint on?: I do not know how you guys at SALRP handle
things like this. So I will not put anything here.
Day this person broke the rule?: Just today.

Also, I don't remember his name only the person that was with
him, the passengers name was Krag_Phile

I know it’s quite an old thread but I don’t understand why the
fuss if someone didn’t have any cash. I don’t carry cash all the
times and one of my friends who hasn’t started interning with a
