       Community Helpers Handbook

       Answering questions in the (/n)ewbie chat:
       * You have to be respectful to other players.
       * You should always use proper grammar, and never use
       abbrevations.
       * You should never use bad/inappropriate language.
       * You MUST answer at least 30-50 (/n)ewb(s) every day.
       Answering /hl questions:
       * Never go into discussions with other Community Helpers.
       * You should never use bad/inappropriate language.
       * Make sure to be respectful, nice and polite while answering
       questions.
       * Never argue about anything in /hl or have general chats with
       other helpers in it.
       Kicking/banning from /hl:
       * If someone spams /hl, give them a warning and then /hlkick
       them. /hlban if they continue to spam.
       * If someone starts a chat in /hl, tell them it's for questions
       and answers only, and /hlkick them, if they come back and start
       it again, /hlban them.
       Things you should not do:
       * Don't say "/joinhelp for more information!" if the question
       can be answered simply by using (/n)ewb.
       * Don't randomly kick or ban anyone from the Helpers chat. ( May
       result in a punishment or a kick from the Helper team. )
       * Don't directly ban someone from the helpers chat. First step
       is the warning, after that the kick and THEN if they continue,
       ban them.
       * Never go AFK while being on-duty, applies the same while being
       on Teamspeak.
       * Never mute your speakers while being in the On-Duty Helpers
       channel on Team.
       * Never make annoying sounds, voices and NEVER play music in the
       Helpers On-Duty channel.
       Commands:
       * /ch - Shows all helper commands.
       * /advisors - Shows all your help requests done that day.
       * /hl - Speaks in the helper chat.
       * /hlkick - Kicks somebody from the helper chat.
       * /hlban - Ban/unbans somebody from the helper chat.
