       New Suggestion to Gas Stations.

       Suggestion: Everytime you refuel your car at a gas station, you
       are required to turn off engine first before you are allowed to
       refuel it.
       Would this require scripting - if so, to what extent?: Very
       Little Scripting.
       Why do you think this should be in the server?: I think this
       should be in the server to make everything more roleplay because
       in real life you have to turn off your engine when refueling
       your vehicle or the engine may blow up.
