       Before adding a report, please note down the following:
       Make sure your report is valid. Serious report are only
       looked through.
       Do NOT use bad words in a report.
       Do NOT reply on threads unless you have some important
       information to add to the report.
       Do NOT PM any forum / server admin about the report, post it
       and wait.
       NOTE: If you are not involved in a report, if you do NOT have
       valid proof to add, or don't have anything important to say,
       there is no reason for you to be replying to it. Leave reviewing
       to admins.
       Failure to follow these rules will result in an immediate
       warning and deletion.
