       please follow this format and have proof ready to be posted
       within it.
       Chatlogs are not sufficient evidence.
       Reports WITHOUT proof are likely to be unsolved.
       Failure to use the following format will result if your report
       being ignored and locked.
       You need to also note that you are not allowed to reply to a
       report unless you are mentioned in it.
