Dual Wielded weapons removal.

Describe your suggestion: Me and my friends made a decision that
we want dual wielded weapons removed. Means setting Sawn-Off,
Tec-9, Micro UZI and Pistol skill levels to 'Gangster' level, so
those guns may be handled in one hand, because they are too
overpowered for a CoD server. Thanks.

Suggestion added do /duel will have a choose of gangster level
weapons.
