EXP:
If lose of exp was less than 1000, topic will be closed.
if you are trying to recover data from 20/08/2019, topic will be
closed.
if the exp has been stolen I can only ban a stealer.
I am not responsible for the EXP that you gave voluntarily to a
scammer who is trading VIP statuses. (The scammer will be
permanently banned)
VIPs:
We are unable to refund money to purchase VIP status. However,
if you accidentally bought it to the wrong person, we can change
that. Just specify the wrong Account ID and correct account
number.
The VIP status is already 1, but if you have a smaller one, it
can be changed to a higher value at a discounted price.
(Expiration time remains the same)
Account:
We can't recover passwords, you can do it yourself.
How: Enter a new name and during registration, connect to the
server in the field where you need to enter a postal address,
enter your registered postal address, if you do the system
successfully, your nickname and password will change, prompting
you to change your password. (Nick will change to the old one)
We can't restore hidden words
Forum Account:
We may retrieve your forum account in case if you forgot your
password or email.

If you have any Screenshot of your /stats from In-game
It would be good enough to know that your statistics are
accurate,
Also, it will help us know that you own this account.
