       SUGGESTION'S POSTING RULES
       Comments of type +1 will not be taken into account, since it is
       not clear why you liked this.
       Do not quote any replied comments, remember we don't count a
       POSITIVE vote or NEGATIVE vote. We just care to your
       opinion.This is now applied for Staff Team too. We don't want to
       see any staff member quoting someone's reply instead of showing
       us an opinion.
       DO NOT try to change the Form Creator's language. English is by
       default. Any translation will be marked as closed immediately
       without any notice and within a verbal warning if you repeat
       tgis several times.
       We have a permission to give you 10-20% of warning level if you
       break those rules several times that may annoy us in solving
       suggestion.
       Example: "+1 it is a good class" "It should be added, I love it"
       "+1 It is good for me" "..." etc. It won't help us to determine
       why it should be added. Providing more information will make it
       more sense. Like the advantage, the limited things...
       Please give us a specific reasoning that can be read and found
       in this plus and minus. We hope we would receive those
       meaningful thing.
