POWERS/ABILITIES:
Moon Broach - Usagi possesses a gold broach with red circular
jewels all around it with a pale gold crescent moon in the
middle of it. She uses this broach in order to transform into
"Sailor Moon" by calling out the transformation phrase, "Moon
Prism Power, Makeup!".
Moon Disguise Pen - Sailor Moon has a disguise pen that allows
her to transform into anyone or anything she chooses that Luna
gave to her. Her pen looks just like a small skinny writing pen
but pink with a gold star on top and red jewels around it. It
also doubles as a writing pen but when used as that function,
anything written in the form of an answer becomes correct. To
use the disguise power, she calls out, "Moon Power, Ni Nare!"
along with the description of her desired disguise and
immediately transforms into said disguise.
Supersonic Waves - An involuntary attack that is only used when
Sailor Moon hasn't any other way to protect herself. For it to
work, she would have to be in a state of panic or crying out of
fear and the red odango covers on her hair start to amplify her
wailing which then becomes physically painful for enemies to
listen to.
Moon Tiara Boomerang - Sailor Moon's basic attack that requires
her to remove her tiara from her forehead and tosses it at her
enemies like a Frisbee. With enough concentration, she is able
to stop the tiara in mid-throw should it end up aiming for the
wrong target. The tiara returns to her automatically and she
places it back on her forehead.
APPEARANCE:
Usagi and Jasmine are fraternal twins, therefore Usagi is
shorter than her sister standing at the height of 5'3" with
waist-length blonde hair and a fringe and a bow on each side of
her hair and large blue eyes, a trait which both her and Jasmine
share with their mother. She has a peach skin complexion and a
smaller bust size compared to her sister for Usagi is an average
c cup whereas her sister is the opposite. She wears her Juuban
uniform with her compact broach attached to the front of it but
outside of school, she wears a lot of different clothing like
shorts, skirts, dresses, etc. Her favorite footwear is sandals,
sneakers and platform shoes. She doesn't favor boots like
Jasmine does and is only ever seen wearing them when transformed
as Sailor Moon. Now when she does transform into

a
crescent moon insignia on her red choker, the tops of her boots,
and also had her transformation brooch in the center of her
front bow. Her dominant color was blue (collar and skirt) and
her accent color was red (bows, boots, gloves, and choker). Her
boots were knee-high red with a white border at the triangular
top. The gem in her tiara was red. Her collar had two white
stripes. Her earrings were dangling crescent moons. She wore two
white-bordered red circular accents on her odango.

CHARACTER HISTORY:
Usagi is the daughter of an American woman named Diane Oritz and
Japanese man Kenshin Tsukino, she has two older siblings Daichi
and Adachi and is the oldest fraternal twin, making Jasmine the
youngest but their personalities are anything but the same.
There are many traits that separate the two of them, both having
traits from the respective parent. Jasmine's noticeable bust
size from their mother's side of the family and Usagi's carefree
attitude from their father's side. From the time she was born up
to know, she's always been a crybaby, crying over the littlest
things imaginable. Most of the time it would be about school or
her homework because she hates doing it but her mother is hard
on her about her grades. She doesn't expect Usagi to make
perfect grades but she would like her to put a little more
effort into her assignments and tests. Of course, that's nothing
compared to her sister getting into fights all the time which
Usagi hates and has tried to stop on many occasion but it
usually has ended with her failing.
She loves her family despite sometimes being at odds with them
over different things. Diane stresses often to Usagi that she
needs to make better grades, otherwise she won't be able to get
into a good college. What Diane doesn't know is that Usagi
hasn't made any plans to go to college. If she finds regular
school to be boring, then college was going to be more boring.
Her siblings do better in school than she does and it makes her
jealous that she isn't smart like them. It's probably why she
likes visiting her father Kenshin a lot because he doesn't get
on her case about her schoolwork. He will tell her school is
important but he's never punished her for making bad grades
which frustrates Diane to know end that he undermines her
parenting when it comes to their daughter. Usagi also adores her
step-siblings, getting along with them well. She's probably the
only one that visits them more than the others do which she
doesn't find to be right but she learned a long time ago that
she couldn't make them do something they didn't want to. Her
father had his bad habits that is technically unforgiving in the
eyes of any woman but he's still her father and she'll always
love him and he makes time to see her.
On top of her dislike for school and minor family troubles,
Usagi, in general, can be a lazy person. She hates doing chores
or any sort of hard work-based activities that she doesn't find
fun. If anything, Usagi would rather go shopping for clothes,
anime, manga or the latest video games. Food is also a weakness
of hers. She loves eating anything that tastes good, especially
sweets while knowing it isn't healthy to eat them all the time.
Which makes sense she buys food with her allowance since she's
terrible at cooking. It's not as if Usagi hasn't tried but even
as a young girl when she would offer to help her mother in the
kitchen, she couldn't make anything taste right or she would
burn the food. She tries her hardest to be a better cook but
it's just not her strong suit but surprisingly she isn't giving
up on it. After all, if she ever got married someday, she'd want
to be able to cook a decent meal for her future husband and
children. She's always wanted a family of her own and it's
something she'll strive for if she can find the right boyfriend.
With her brother Daichi being overprotective like he is, that's
going to be hard but she doesn't fault him for it. She knows
he's only looking out for her, just as he does the rest of their
family.
With it being just the four of them, plus their mother, that's a
lot of protection to go around but she appreciates it for at
least someone else. Diane technically had five children, a
little girl she had with a man named Gozaburo Kaiba. Diane had
worked for him as a maid and he had two children of his own
named Seto and Mokuba. It was during the summer when she and her
sister were young children and they went to visit their
childhood friend Yuugi Motou who had moved to Domino for junior
high when his father got a new job. Usagi remembers that summer
well because she had such a fun time. She especially enjoyed it
hanging out in a large mansion while her mother cleaned it. She
found the two boys Seto and Mokuba to be nice too and used to
say a lot "I wish our house was big as Mr. Kaiba's!". She knew
that would never be possible but a girl could dream. Their
mother worked for Gozaburo to have something to do while Usagi
and Jasmine hung out with Yuugi. What she didn't expect was to
fall in love with the man or become pregnant by him. So Usagi
and Jasmine stayed in Domino for nine months until the baby was
born. Their mother couldn't afford to keep another child so she
agreed with Gozaburo that she should stay with him and he agreed
to take care of her. Usagi was disappointed that they couldn't
take their new baby sister back home to Tokyo with them but she
was happy enough with the idea of being able to visit whenever
they would go to see Yuugi. And as a bonus, they could see how
Seto and Mokuba are doing too.
Although Usagi has always wanted to ask why her mother never
wanted to marry Gozaburo since they could've had a pretty decent
life and she knew that her mother was happy whenever she was
with that man but thought it best not to bring it up to avoid
upsetting her. After all, she gave up her sister to be able to
take care of Usagi and the rest of her siblings. They aren't bad
off or anything but a little extra help couldn't have hurt, at
least that's her way of looking at it. Ten years after that, she
is still the same girl she was back then. Nothing about Usagi
will change and no one can make her change either, except for
the unexpected change that came into her life in the form of a
black cat named Luna. She'd helped this little kitty by removing
a bandage some really awful children placed on her forehead
while on her way to school. What she thought would be a fairly
normal day turned into something much more. That same kitty
turned out to be a talking cat. A magical talking cat that told
Usagi that she sensed a familiar power within her and presented
her with a gold broach and told her to transform for when she
does, she'll become the magnificent fighter "Sailor Moon". Of
course Usagi didn't believe her but thought the broach was very
pretty. She also thought she was hallucinating but she followed
the feline's words and called out the transformation phrase
which activated the broach she was given.
To her surprise, she really did transform and she also wasn't
crazy. This was actually happening. She was a warrior named
Sailor Moon and she is destined to fight the forces of evil.
That was the part she thought was really crazy. The broach and
the outfit and her hair growing longer were nice and all but she
was anything but a fighter. She may have sucked during her first
real fight where one of her friends was in trouble when she was
attacked by an evil creature but she defeated it. Now that she
is Sailor Moon, the worst has yet to come for her for along down
the road, she'll be meeting more allies that Luna has instructed
of her to find to help her fight against the enemy that's
sending these random creatures out into the general public to
hurt them. Usagi finds it to be too much but she can't allow
innocent people to get hurt so she'll do her best to fight her
pacifist nature.
