Welcome to San Andreas Airlines. When you join as Pilot class
you will first need one of these Airplane/Helicopter to fly
passengers. If you want to fly the AT-400 use the tug and
stairs. Pull the stairs as close to the door as you can. Climb
the stairs and board the plane.

Then you will taxi your aircraft to the load point. It is in
green. All airports but the Verdant Meadows/Abandon Airport
have a passenger load point going to other airports. Drive
around and find them since I want to make this post short and
       sweet.'

Then after flying to the destination airport taxi to the unload
checkpoint. Each airport is different. Drive around and find
them. Just like before the abandon airport only takes cargo and
       not passengers.

Also as a Pilot you can fly cargo missions with these airplanes.

Taxi to the cargo load point. All three major airports have a
cargo load point. Drive around and find it.

Then fly the cargo to Verdant Meadows/Abandon Airport and unload
       your cargo.
