fuel system bug

most of planes in las venturas have no fuel and most of the
baggage vehicles are empty

This pissed me off too...I always need to run on-foot to find a
heli or a plane with fuel..They are almost all without

Yeah sorry [glow=red,2,300]admins cant refuel planes either i
had to walk from ls to sf lol :o[/glow] i know you refuel them
at airport but most are them are already out of fuel so there
should be a /refuelall in admin cmds

Only planes need to be in fuel system, not cars , please!

Fixed.
- Fixed Random Fuel Amount So It Cant Set It To 0
- Updates Should Remove You From Your Vehicle If Your Fuel Is 0
Or Less Now (Shouldnt Even Make It To -1 Now)
- Added /refuelall Command For Admins When Players Run The Fuel
Empty In Multiple Vehicles.
Not 100% Tested Yet.

I didn't found any vehicles/planes without fuel...Also
/refuelall works ;)

xD Yah i had it before scripted to set all vehicles fuel to a
random number in between 0 and 100,LOL Sometimes it set it to 0
xD(What are the odds of that happening xD) so i just set it to a
random 0-90 and +10 So even if it does set to 0 It will be auto
set to 10 xD (Fool Proof XD)
