What is covered in Pollex Christi?

I'm familiar with a few of the pieces that The Residents cover
in the N. Senada piece Pollex Christi, but I'd like to know as
much of the source material as possible. I wasn't even familiar
with the TV themes covered until I saw some descriptions of the
album (including one on the official Residents site), but so far
as I can see there's no guide anywhere on what pieces are
covered in what order. Here's what little I know so far (in
order of appearance):
Part 1 - Beethoven's "Fur Elise" (of course), [something],
[something], Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana", the Peter Gunn theme,
[something], [something]
Part 2 - [something], [something - this is very familiar but I
can't quite place what it is, probably more Beethoven],
[something], [something], the Star Trek theme
Part 3 - [something]
Part 4 - [something], [something], [something]
Part 5 - The Popeye theme (although it feels like the very
beginning is Bach or something), [something], [something],
[Beethoven again I think]
To my understanding, Bach and Wagner are also covered in parts
of this piece. I don't know much about classical music
obviously, and I was hoping there might be at least one person
here who does. :3 In any case, thanks in advance for any help.
