       This is my attempt at the lyrics so far. I need help with the
       two blanks.
       And also, I am definitely hearing that "hawaiian candy" line
       wrong!

       Who was Shorty in VF? I know Clem had the duel lead part, but I
       don't recall either character being named "Shorty." I only ask
       because of "Shorty's Lament", where a "Jay" is mentioned. Is
       there a connection between the two?
