tree, and Aang offers to show her a new perspective from up in
the tree

flying, and then not, her fairy form beginning to come back.
-Aang figures out from these episodes that Tink was once a
fairy. He takes her for a flight above the forest, using his
glider
-Tink goes with him, scared at first, and then exhilirated.
Then, with a flash, she becomes a fairy again
-Tink thanks Aang for helping her realize she wanted to be a
fairy again, and helping her turn back.
-Tink and Aang work together to help Zelda fly, between Aang
bending the air and Tink's pixie dust.
-Hermione, back at the pond, looks back at Fakir and asks him
for his name, feeling slightly guilty for being so brusk and
insensitive
-Zelda has fun flying, and asks why she'd ever come down, then
after an awkward moment, Zelda asks him to take them to the most
unique place he'd ever been

mountain, filled with all shades of green as well as wild
flowers

-Zelda asks Aang why there weren't any other's like him
(airbenders) Aang then confesses the story of the destruction of
his home and his family of monks

and she tells him about her parents fighting, and the heart
break she had with Link
-Aang talks about his friends didn't understand them, the few
there were, and many perished in the destruction of his home
-They hug and are happy they've found friends in one another

trees for sap samples because of tree sap on a victim in his
last case. John follows him, confused and exasperated
-Aang remembers the bread dough he left to rise at his house,
and flies into the air, Tink and Zelda following
-When they arrive at his house, Zelda and Tink are amazed at his
remarkable house, formed around living, growing trees as
supports, with mud/grass/branches walls and dried leaves and
grass as well as the living leaves of the trees for a roof
Last Post up to this point: (Ch. 3, pg. 7)
Aang's little house soon came into view. It was quite litterally
built around the trees, the growing, living trees themselves
supports for the house. As they landed outside the front door,
the other looked in astonishment at the house, made of fallen
branches, grass, mud and the living trees, dry leaves as well as
the tree leaves themselves making up the roof. It was as if the
house had always been there, a part of nature and the trees.
Aang zipped inside, used to his unique home, and Zelda followed
him in wonder.
