The man looked at them. "Sherlock, John?" He
asked. Sherlock shook his head as the guard's face came into
focus. He was starting to remember. He had just heard the woman
declaring them thieves. He smirked slightly, even though his
brain was foggy. Her deception had failed, due to the fact that
Sherlock was well known among most of the guards of the little
village. However, some of them he held less favor with.

Padme focused for a moment, until she had the guards mind under
her control. She spoke through him. "How dare you two attack
this poor woman? I thought you were better than that." He
scowled, obviously disgusted. "Take them away," he shouted to
his fellow guard. The man looked a bit confused, but did as he
was told.
Padme slowly slipped away, making her way past a thick grove of
trees. Where the old woman entered, a young girl emerged.
Slowly, Padme skipped along to the place with the statue,
stopping every now and then to admire some rock or bug she came
across on the way.

Sherlock's head was finally clear. Great, he
thought. Now he'd have to either call in Lestrade, or make some
sort of daring escape. He also needed to think through how the
heck he was supposed to capture a murderer who was a witch.

Aang flew through the forest. He was beginning to
get frustrated. This forest was just too big!! But, finally, he
caught a glint of golden hair. No, two glints of golden hair.
Flying lower, he saw it was indeed the savior Roku had wanted
him to find. Swooping down, he landed a little ahead of the
large traveling group. For some reason, they all suddenly got
defensive, and there were suddenly several weapons pointing in
his direction. He gently put his staff on the ground, and raised
his hands slightly. He had not been expecting hostilities.

Link stood in front of Zelia, protecting her. "Stay back! State
your business!"

Aang replied calmly, with just enough warmth,
"It's alright. I'm the Avatar. I've been sent by Avatar Roku,
the Avatar before me to find the Savior. I am supposed to help
her, and we are destined to bring balance to the world together.
Would you like me to prove that I actually am Avatar Aang?" Aang
asked.

(oh my gosh this is getting really cool!!! Two of my favorite
heroes in one story haha. ^^)
Zelia grew a great smile towards the boy but Zelda wasn't buying
it she had seen too much and was blinded by the tragic events
that she had witnessed. She looked down at him and straight in
the eye; "prove it."

Edmund made sure that Lucy maintained a safe distance behind
him. No way in hell was this bald kid getting near his sister,
or any of the other girls for that matter. Well... most of them.
The brunette bugged him. There was just something he didn't
trust about her. The feeling was not unfamiliar though... where
had he felt it before?

Aang nodded calmly at the blond.
This wasn't hard, all he had to do was bend the four elements,
and he already knew how to do that. First, a little ways away,
he created a whirl wind, dust and debris swirling into it. Then,
he felt moisture in the ground, he carefully drew it out, and
the water flew through the air like a strange snake, moving and
manipulating with his movements. Then he let it drop and soak
back into the earth, which he bent into a ridge which rose
quickly, suddenly and jaggedly out of the ground. Then, with a
smooth movement, he turned and shot a blast of fire in the
opposite direction of the people. After his quick show, he
turned back to the older girl with golden hair. Raising one
eyebrow he said, "Convinced?" his steady grey eyes fixed on
hers.

Links grip softened, and he let his sword fall to his side.
"Alright, I believe you," he said with confidence. His books may
have given warnings, but they also gave hints, and there was
definitely positive mention of an Avatar.

Aang smiled, his eyes warm and knowing.
"Thank-you," he said, putting his hand and fist together, and
giving a respectful half-bow, he slowly picked up his staff, and
walked slowly toward them. He knew he'd have to gain their
trust, but he had to complete his duty. To his surprise, the
little girl, the savior, ran toward him, squealing, "Aang!" Aang
shook his head confused, looking down at the little girl, now
hugging his legs in surprise. "How do you know me?" he asked.
(I was thinking, it would be cool if Aang and Zelda
knew each other, but, since Zelda was so little, she had
forgotten by now? What do you think? Aang is probably sixteen or
older. I'll figure it out later and put it in Profiles ;) )
