'What happened?' she thought. Suddenly the earth had disappeared
beneath her feet and the noises of the world she had been
brought to faded. She was once again suspended in darkness.
There had only been a handful of times when she had been truly
blind, but now to her horror she couldn't even bring herself to
call out. She reached out her hands to try and grab a hold of
something, but nothing. Suddenly she felt something solid
beneath her feet. She sighed relieved that there was something,
even if she still couldn't quite see anything. When she heard
movement she realized she was not alone.
"Who's there?" She demanded rather than questioned. Fear took
over her. 'What was going on?' she wondered to herself.

"My name is Edmund and you are the second person to appear out
of nowhere today. So what's your name?"

"My name's Toph. Where am I?" She reached out her hands until
she felt them connect with something.

The hand touched his shoulder. He looked more closely at her
face. She was pale with bright blue eyes framed by dark hair.
She's blind, he realized.
"You're in London," he replied.

London? She thought. She'd never heard of the place. Her mind
was racing try to piece together what had happened.
"Wait I'm the second person to appear out of nowhere? Who else
is here then?" Toph hated this feeling of helplessness.

What was she going to do? This was the second time she'd
appeared somewhere that wasn't familiar to her. The last place
she had only been there for a short time, so who knew how long
she'd be here. Sooner or later she'd have to figure out some way
she was going to get home, or at least stay in one area if it
came to that.
"Where is he? Maybe he can help me," Toph said unable to think
of anything else to do.

"He left with a man who seemed to be lost." He paused. "Now that
I think about it... that probably wasn't such a good idea." He
grabbed her hand and ran out of the apartment.

John strode toward the main road where the boy had
indicated after having picked up the spar coins he had tossed
down. As he actually really looked around, he felt as though he
really was in London after all. Sometimes he cursed himself for
not being observant enough. Being around Sherlock all the time,
you'd think it would rub off, but, apparently not. The dark man
trailed warrily behind him, looking at the city as though he'd
never seen such a place before. John shook his head. He'd seen
plenty of strange things in his time. Checking his pocket, he
was relieved to find that his wallet and cash were still there.
They could get a ride to Baker's Street. As they came upon the
main road, John hailed a taxi. The main looked suspicious and
frightened, looking at the vehicles racing by as thought they
were terrifying new creatures he hadn't seen in his life.

(Narisse - remember at some point John will run into Uryu. And I
don't know how exactly I'm supposed to do this because i only
have one live action character . . . the other three are the 2D
animated characters)
