Padme looked back behind her shoulder, stopping mid-step. Hadn't
there been some sort of sound or movement behind her...?
She continued walking again, and once more had the feeling that
she was being watched. She turned a second time. Nothing. She
sighed and continued, ignoring the feeling. "It's probably just
because I'm tired.." she mumbled to herself. And still, she
couldn't shake that feeling...

John turned around at the sound of the new voice to see a
brunette with shining, intense brown eyes. "Um... hello," he
said somewhat nervously, but also curious "My name's John. Did
you say you were doing the guns?"

"Yeah," she replied. "My family's been shooting for years.
Recreational only. Arrows, bullets, anything that flys really. I
even tried knives once, but they didn't hit the target once.
Personally, I prefer a bow and arrow. Do you read?"

more before meeting him" John gesticulated at Sherlock. "He...
uh... provides much more adventure than I can find in a book,
personally."

Zelda stood aside along with everyone else while they watched
the fight break out and calm down with Fakir walking away. She
as well waited for her little sister's response to Link's
question. "Merida does this happen all the time? I don't want
you being around real violence and I know I made that clear when
I left." Zelda stated firmly. She could hear her mother in her
voice and it almost made her shiver.
(this is going to sound weird, just keep reading and it will
make sense at the end hahaxD)
Dean saw a tall, brown haired woman who kept looking behind her
nervously. He ran up to her tugging on her shirt for attention
as she whipped around and looked down, "excuse me ma'am have you
seen my dad?" he spoke confidently.
Instantly Darien came running towards them to pick up his son
Dean out of the woman's way, "I'm so sorry ma'am" Darien
apologized. "You look away for a second and they are somehow
magically out of your sight you know?" he said trying to lighten
the situation.

Sherlock smirked again, "Now, come John. We
mustn't intrude any longer," he said mockingly. "I think someone
needs to get to some dinner discusion." He threw an amused,
scornful glance in the direction of Link, Merida and Zelda. John
rolled his eyes and followed Sherlock out of the yard.

Padme blushed. The man's eyes were so...caring. She finally
managed to stutter out an "I understand."
Before she turned to leave she saw that the little one he held
had a scrape on his knee. "Here, let me fix that for you," she
said kindly. Reaching into one of the pouches on her belt she
pulled out a small jar of salve and a handkercheif. She wet the
cloth and cleaned the small wound, then applied the soothing
salve. "It should heal up in a couple of days," she said
cheerily to the little boy. "You must be a very brave boy," she
added with a smile.

Darien was impressed by this woman's kind soul, not even his
mother was this kind to their son. Dean giggled " I got a shot
last week and I didn't even cry!" he said with excitement and
confidence. Darien and Padme laughed at what Dean was so proud
of. Darien looked up at Padme and began to blush, "listen, I
know this is really sudden but would you want to get coffee
sometime?"

Darien was surprised that he was actually able to get a number
from her. He never really felt the need to date again since his
divorce but he felt something different with this woman. As
Padme handed over her number Dean decided to speak up again and
held out his hand, "MY name is Dean!" he said confidently again.
