Tinkerbell was sitting on her usual perch, in a tree overlooking
the edge of Skyloft. She sighed. What to do about all of these
new feelings? She liked her perch, though. It was in a place
where not many people were around, so she could think in quiet.
However, her silence was interrupted by light feet and hushed
voices. Now who could that be? she thought to herself. She
looked over and- lo and behold!- it was the bright-aura couple
she had seen earlier. She saw him take her by the hand, and had
a feeling he was going to call his Loftwing and whisk her away.
As romantic as that is, she thought, I'd better tag along and
make sure this stays PG. She followed behind as quietly as she
could.
Meanwhile, Link was having trouble sleeping. Edmund was on
sentry duty tonight, so he had the room to himself, and it was
far too quiet. His breathing stopped when he heard a jingling
sound- almost like a bell -pass by his window. He rushed as
quietly as possible to the window, and saw a glowing light flow
quickly out of sight off the cliff of Skyloft. What in the
world...?

It seemed like hours before Edmund was allowed to return to his
dorm. He'd scarcely hit his pillow before a pot was banging in
the hall. He groaned and looked at the window. When he'd
collapsed, there was no hint of sun in the sky, now, the barest
shade of purple was peeking through the clouds. At the very
least, he'd gotten a few hours of sleep.
He rose and started to dress.

As the couple were creeping through the night Tiana couldn't
help but ask "where exactly is this sudden want for adventure
coming from?" There was a slight silence, they walked up to the
edge and he grabbed her hand really tight and he replied "you'll
see" he said with a sly smile and simply jumped off and called
for his loftwing and they soared into the night.

Link walked into their dorm with two plates of breakfast. He
smiled at Edmund. "Here, I brought you something. Rest up today,
I'll take the night shift tomorrow. As he walked by and set the
plate on Edmund's desk, he saw the dark circles under the young
knight's eyes. "Man, you didn't get a whole lot of sleep, did
you?" The boy grunted in response. Link felt sorry for the lad,
but knew that the Academy was a place where you didn't always
stay confortable. Link set down his own plate on his desk,
quickly hiding the papers that he had accidentally left in plain
view. He shuffled them away in a drawer, hoping Ed would be too
tired to notice. He then began digging in to his food, hoping
his roommate would soon do the same.
Tinkerbell followed the couple closely. Where were they going?
and at such an hour...

Edmund was very appreciative of his friend's thoughtfulness and
dug in, chewing as fast as his groggy mind could muster. Today
was going to be the earthly equivalent of hell. He scanned on
the piece of paper on his desk, in other words, his schedule.
Today he had classes and archery practice. If he was lucky, he'd
be able to sneak in a few winks during class, but he knew that
that was near impossible. Not on his first day, at least.
(Fun fact: nearly 2 AM here, and I'm wide awake. ;D

(haha ya, 12:30 here. This is just too much fun! Thank GOD
tomorrow is saturday... :P)
Link saw his friend's enthusiasm in his food, and hoped it would
carry on to his classes. He doubted it. Yet he continued to
smile, and when he finished he took his plate back to the
kitched. hmm... he thought to himself, that woman I bumped into
yesterday isn't here this morning... I wonder if it's her day
off?
(Wow...Link needs glasses. He keeps bumping into ppl. :P)

Tiana grabbed on to Dean and spoke over the wind "I feel like
we're being followed" He turned around and saw a glowing dot
following them. Fearing the worst that they would get caught
Dean lunged down to the clouds and below...
(It's 10:30 here haha but I had 2 hours of sleep so we will see
how this goes haha)

Tinkerbell saw the couple dive into the clouds. She stopped in
mid air. She may be curious, but not curious enough to risk her
life down under the clouds at this time of night. She hesitated.
What to do? She could tell the headmaster and have a party of
knights go save them...but that would get them in trouble...
She shook her head. What was she thinking? It didn't matter if
they got punished or not- what mattered was that they'd be safe.
She looked over to the dawn breaking. She had to find someone
fast....and then she knew exactly who she'd ask. She hurried
over to the dorms, hoping it wasn't too early to wake the boys
up...

(Yeah... But it's a great way for people to meet. :))
Edmund followed Link to the kitchen to drop off his plate, then
he said farewell and scurried off to his first class. Oddly
enough, it was the study of magic potions. Ed knew next to
nothing about magic, other than the fact that it was a bugger to
compete with in a fight and that the royal family had birthed
the strongest sorcerers in recorded history. He was looking
forward to learning more, magic had always seemed like a
forbidden subject in his house. He never did understand that.
Isn't the best way to defend yourself against something possibly
dangerous to know about it?

Tinkerbell got to Link and Edmund's window just in time to see
the dark haired boy leave the room. She hurried over to Link and
tried desperately to get his attention. As he looked over, she
began shouting. They're in trouble, they're in trouble! They
need help!
Link was confused by the message, but he knew it was important.
He rushed to catch Edmund before he went to his first class.
"Sorry bud," he said when he finally caught up, "but we've been
summoned on a mission. It seems like some people have been
caught under the clouds, and they need our help."
He saw Ed's face fall.
