"Listen, Zelda, I....I'll just start from the beginning. I found
the Temple of Time when I was a kid a long time ago....a LONG
time ago. I traveled into the future by accident, and found you.
You were only a child then, and a fire had devastated your home.
When I went in to save you, your parents had been killed by the
fire, and you were surrounded by flame...but for some reason,
the fire didn't get close to you. As if you had a forcefeild
around you or something. I saw a demon, so I grabbed you, and
left. As I turned back, I saw the demon fighting with the
goddess of our village....the same one Padme claims to be. I
knew she was familiar at first, but she was in a different
form...I couldn't put my finger on it. Then, I took you to the
temple, fearing for your life, and we accidentally ended up
here. I only know as much about you as you do- when you finally
came to, you didn't remember anything. I...I told you that we
were best friends, and...well...here we are." He sighed. "I know
I should have told you earlier, but....everything was so
confusing. We were both in the wrong time period. But we managed
to survive..."

(no, they went into the past. Before Zelda was born- she is
about 6 as the child that Padme found, and Link and Zelda have
been in the time zone their whole life. So like, they went back,
but not too far. Still farther than Link's time period. The
whole fire thing was going to happen again, but this time kid
Zelda decided to follow Padme back to the forest, so the Demon
sent to kill her is going to an empty house. Does that make
sense?)

(I think so yeah....let me just make sure I have it though haha
sorry time period stuff just goes over my head sometimes>.<
So together went to the past, link is about a teenager since he
went to the future to find Zelda as a child and they oth go to
the past to where before Zelda was born and live there and bein
to age and then they are oth grown now as they are speaking to
each other?)

ummm....
-Link accidentally finds the Temple of Time a LONG time ago when
they still worshipped Padme as a goddess. He was about 10 yrs
old. He accidentally traveled to the future (aka NOW in the
storyline).
-He finds 6-yr-old Zelda and out of fear takes her through the
gate, not knowing where they would end up.
-They end up traveling back years before Zelda was born, and
they live in the forest. At this point Zelda is 6 and Link is
10.
-They grow up there in relative peace until all of this started
happening.

(Oh wow okay got it. Haha I was over complicating it waaaaay too
much:P)
Zelda couldn't believe what he was saying, she began asking
questions again, "my parents?? Does mean I'm not actually the
princess.....why did you....how did we...." she began to breathe
heavily becoming very upset "all that time is lost....I need to
go back...."

Link was lost. "Go back? To where? Why? What matters is that you
are safe here. Padme brought you in your child form here, to
where we live now. We'll take care of her. I mean You. I know we
can...."

co-exist in this time period. The goddess mentioned something
about the savior of humanity...I have a feeling that had
something to do with the fight going on when I found you, and
the fact that the fire didn't harm you, or even come close to
you..."
