Merida didn't trust her. Merida didn't believe her. But the
Princess seemed to think it a gamble worth taking.
"From her hands, the streets with blood will run.
A thousand desimations under an unforgeting Sun.
The Demon Goddess that from her throne was cast,
Doomed to wander until at last -
A young boy upon who's head her enchantments have no hold,
Strips her life and allows for again her glorious days of old."
The Princess was reciting an ancient propchey, clearling one
Padmae was reconzing.
But her face changed ever so slightly....
"BUT! If from Fate's hand she is wrought;
Then granted will be the justice so sorely sought.
Only can balance be achieved if the Dark Queen
Faces foes and terrors unseen.
Then if within her heart of hearts, with in her bone's deep
marrow,
Does for every life and murder feel true sorrow -
And ten times goodness for every life taken she does do;
Then perhaps that fateful day, she will not rue.
For only when Justice and Mercy have their way,
Will the the Godess' True Form be known, that day."

Edmund wasn't surprised by Padme's response. He returned to
Lucy's side and grabbed her hand, squeezing it reassuringly. He
wasn't going to stay a second more than necessary. They weren't
needed, and they had a long way to go.

(THAT WAS SOOO AWESOME!!!)
Padme's face fell. Not this again... She steeled herself,
muscles tensing. The others noticed this, but only a moment too
late. In a heartbeat, Padme lunged for the sword at Fakir's
side. The sister blade. Unfortunately, she could not kill
herself with his blade, but she knew just how to get him to
slice her. She handled it's twin easily, and swung largely at
his face.
Link and Zelda had been staring intently at the ethereal beings
in their midst. Before he saw Padme react, he noticed a movement
outside his window. Was that a child he saw? Yes, a girl. She
looked like any other poor beggar girl, except for the necklace
she wore, which was very beautiful and, he sensed, magical.

Merida was quick. The minute the blade was in her hand the arrow
was relased. It stuck in the godess's hand. It obvioulsy hurt
enough for Fakir to react. He stole his sword back faster than
it took to blink. Merida did so in suprise.
The Princess felt her emtions flare and her adrienlne rush as
the blade changes hands. Her web still wasn't tight enough to
properly contain the demon enchantress before her. But her
powers were drawn from purity. She could only protect and help.
She was incapable of true violence in this form. She noticed,
with pleasure, the arrow at the same time Padmae did.
Then the little child caught both their eyes.

Padme's hand was punctured badly, but no blood appeared. It
seemed as though the blade that Fakir used to free her also made
her lose quite a bit of blood. She shrugged it off- it wasn't
like she needed it anyways. When her eyes fell on the girl,
peering through the cracked door, she smiled. While the others
saw Padme in her young human form, the little girl she had given
the necklace to saw her in the form of an elderly woman, getting
bullied by the people around. She gave the girl a sad, helpless
look, and she sprung right into action, standing up to the
people around and defending Padme. As the girl spoke, the
necklace glowed a bit, and Padme knew that her final job was
done. If it meant she had to endure whatever punishment was
doled out to her or live trapped in human form for another
millenia, it would be worth it to know that her job was
complete, and the saviour of humankind had been born.

(Please tell me that you're majoring in english Tally! or at
least doing some sort of writing as a hobby besides this
haha>.<)
Zelda could see what a fierce warrior Merida would be but her
actions were before her thoughts. She didn't contain the full
balance yet and when the blade struck Padme's hand she would
have instantly went in to heal it however a little girl appeared
out of nowhere and Zelda couldn't keep her eyes off of her as
she walked through the crowd.
Her necklace glowed as she spoke and Zelda's eyebrows rose, her
face reflected shock. She knelt down to her level and held her
necklace while she looked up at Padme and just knew, "did you
give this to her?"

(Haha. no...But I do write a little as a hobby. I need people to
pressure or me or I don't get very far. But I love poetry and do
lots for class)
"The saviour?" Lucy asked. She could sense her brothers desire
to leave but her curiosty was to strong. As well as her feeling
of duty.

Padme turned to Lucy, this time without placing the girl under
her spell. "Your feelings are of obligation, aren't they?" She
asked wryly. She knew very well that the answer was yes, and
that this woman was to watch over the chosen girl as she grew.
