"There is something..." Padme sighed. "I need to explain this to
you, but you must believe me. I'm not making this up. Here goes.
I have a condition. There are times when I lock eyes with
someone...and we bond. It is nice if we get along and get
together, but if not...it is painful. And the bond can be
broken, but that is an equally painful process. And, USUALLY,
having feelings for another while bonded with someone is
impossible. However....not now. Not with you. I think maybe you
could help me break this bond...."

Padme shook her head. "I doubt it...he's a womanizer. I don't
think he could feel anything if he tried."
Dean's hands holding her own made her feel safe, and her heart
fluttered.

His face got closer to hers. "How could he not when he looks at
someone like you?"
He wrapped his arms around her waist and began to kiss her.

Padme blushed deeply and kissed back, her arms around his neck
once more. This time, she had no hesitation, no pain. She didn't
hold back. It was the most amazing feeling in the world....

As they were embracing Dean had this sensational feeling that he
had to protect her and knew he would but he didn't understand
why it was SO strong, he stopped for only a second but was still
close, "are you in danger?"

"I just have a feeling you might be..." He shook it away maybe
it was just him being a man and paranoid. He finally had love
and he didn't want to lose it so he held Padme tight.
