(thats what I was thinking...Padme was asking for medics in the
palace, then Dean started shouting 911....?)
Padme looked at his startled face, and her voice softened. "What
happened? What did you do? For some reason, it seems as though
the poison has left her body..."

(1. I agree with the whole ambulance thing. That kinda threw me
off. Must have mixed one of us up because of the modern
storylines we've got going as well. 2. Ghosts aren't magic.)
Fakir felt panic bubble in his gut, but he tamped it down. "I
have no idea," he answered the frantic girl. "And if I somehow
managed to cure her, then what's the problem. She's safe,
right?"

Belle nodded and handed the blue bundle over to the princess.
"Careful," she couldn't help but warn.

Fakir was astounded that she was able to make a physical contact
with him. For as long as he could remember, no one had come
close enough to touch him. Him touching others, however, was a
whole different matter entirely. He shook his head to clear the
idiotic thoughts and looked down at the dark girl. Her skin was
quickly loosing its ebony hue. He found a patch of skin on her
shoulder and touched it lightly. The tingling feeling came
again, stronger, and for a much longer period of time. He almost
let go because of the pain. But he didn't, not until the feeling
went away.

Padme watched, astonished. The boy's work was like magic.
Suddenly Tiana awoke, and slowly she got up. "What happened...?"
she asked sleepily. Padme was so overjoyed that she turned to
Fakir. "Thank you!" she shouted. Then she hugged him tightly. He
had managed to save her best friend from certain death! There
was no way she could think to repay him.
