Zelda was so happy that Link had showed up. However he seemed
hurt...had something gone wrong within the few hours I have been
gone?
He turned and walked away Zelda's heart had never sunk so fast
before she just had to make sure that he was actually walkiung
away from her. She ran toward him but still kept distance when
she called for him "so that's it?" hurt was in her voice and her
eyes began to turn red and watery "you're just going to walk
away after today? After I told you that I lo-" she began to
choke on her words. A couple seconds passed and she took a deep
breath in "I'll just say one thing, if you so much as open your
car door to leave here without talking to me, don't EVER expect
me to even look at you again!"
Her heart was racing, she had never felt this way before it was
to the point where it wasn't neccesarily her speaking; it was
her heart.

He turned back and looked at her, confused. "What are you
talking about? You set me up." He became more and more angry
with every word, and his voice reflected that. "Making me
believe that you actually had feelings for me? Your little
sister's little friend not make a good enough play toy for you?
Is that it? Or maybe you just got indecisive all of a sudden."
He stood with his hands on his hips, facing Zelda. He noticed
with a guilty feeling that the new girl had gotten out of there
ASAP. But he wasn't going to let this happen. He'd seen how many
of his friends got toyed with by pretty girls, and it wasn't
going to happen to him. He wasn't going to be used. She wasn't
even taking him seriously. She wouldn't even make eye contact
with him!

Zelda felt her heart breaking. "How did I set you up?! I wanted
you here! I wanted to talk to you! That's all I ever
wanted...was just you..."
She wiped away her tears and began to become angry as well "but
apparently according to you I'm just someone who likes to play
with guys hearts even though you are the person I have ever
cared about!" Zelda couldn't take it anymore and began to storm
off in the different direction mad as hell yet sadder than ever.

Link's eyes opened wide with surprise. He ran after her and
grabbed her hand, holding tighter as she tried to pull away. He
forced her to look at him. "So the whole meeting you here alone
was serious? You weren't trying to scare me off by bringing your
friend along?"

In the process of walking away so many thoughts ran through
Zelda's mind I can't believe he would do this to me. It's almost
like I would be better off with someone like Groose. He may have
obsessed over me but that meant he cared right? she looked up
ahead of her to see a figure that actually looked like Groose
even. "speak of the devil..."
she was being pulled from behind by Link and she tried to resist
but he was too strong. He looked deep into her eyes "So the
whole meeting you here alone was serious? You weren't trying to
scare me off by bringing your friend along?"
Her voice still shaking from the rush of emotions that she went
through in a matter of seconds. "I would never...she dropped her
papers in the bushes while I was waiting for you! I was just
introducing so I wouldn't be rude towards her!"
"Zelda?"
She felt a shudder go down her spine. She knew that voice. It
was Groose...

Link's face softened. "So you really do care..." he reached his
hand to her face and wiped away her tears, ignoring Groose in
the distance. Right now, all that mattered was that the woman of
his dreams cared about him. He slowly moved closer to her, and
gently pulled her face close to his. Their lips touched softly,
and his eyes closed. Before he knew it, he was holding her in
his arms.

Zelda was exactly where she had always wanted to be. She could
hear footsteps approaching from behind her but she didn't care.
She knew that she belonged with only one man and she was kissing
the very one.

Link finally pulled away and looked into her eyes, smiling. She
hadn't pulled away, or cringed, or anything. "Zelda," he
whispered softly, "I lo-"

"HEY YOU GUYS" Groose put his arms around both Zelda and Link
"How are you guys these days??" only looking at Zelda. She
reached for Link's hand and replied "Things are going
perfectly," she said confidently. Groose seperated their hands
and took Zelda by her shoulders "You know Zelda it will be great
going to college with you these next 4 years" Her eyes were
filled with disgust "yeah. I'm really looking forward to it
Groose," she said sarcastically and tried to go around him to go
back to Link but he cut her off once again and stood only half
an inch away from her body

Link was once again filled with anger and frustration. He put a
hand on Groose's shoulder and turned him around, away from
Zelda, keeping him in a deadlock grip. "Perhaps you should let
this poor young lady get some sleep. After all, you both have a
big week coming up, and I'll bet she's wanting to get to sleep."
Groose gave him a look, but was unable to break loose from his
grip. He finally gave in. "Fine, fine. I have something to do
anyways.." Link let go and the tall young man stormed off. Link
turned back to Zelda. "You should be careful around him,
sweetheart. I'd hate for something to happen to you."
