"Its nice to meet you." A smile lit up the Duck's face. But it
was quickly replaced one of frustrated conentration. "Do you
think you could help me? I'm utterly lost" she said

"Sure thing," Padme replied. She noticed that Belle was looking
less than ecstatic about being at the school, and she soon
retired to the room to unpack her things. Padme sighed. She knew
that a lot of parents just thrust their kids here, and it really
effects learning behaviour. She turned back to Duck, a warm
smile on her face. "Where are you trying to go?"

Duck opened her mouth to anwser and realized she wasn't even
sure. "Well.... I wanted to stop by my dorm room, but I forgot
I'm suppose to check in with the headmaster first."

Padme smiled again and took the young girl's hand. "Here, I'll
take you to see the headmaster, then help you to your dorm." Her
voice was warm and comforting, and she made it as much so to not
scare the poor girl. She knew the feeling of being in a new
place with no one to help, and it can be very scary. When her
curiosity got the best of her, she asked, "Why is it you need to
see the headmaster, if you don't mind my asking..?"

Padmae's warm demenor made Duck smile. She wasn't worried at
all, but she was glad to have someone who cared all the same.
"Oh no! Of course not! I'm a transfer student from Germany. The
headmaster wanted to make sure all my paperwork is in order and
'personally welcome me to the school." Her imitation at the end
was poor, but cute.

away. Did you move here to the US, or is your family still in

"Just me! Scholarship exchange program." Duck hoped it sounded
geniune enough. She really didn't feel like coming up with more
awnsers about her 'family'.

Padme noticed the "too-chipper" way Duck was acting and decided
not to prod in that direction. "I hope you like it here," she
continued, "This is my third year, and I've found the program to
be most fitting."
