Darien tried to keep Dean still, he seemed overexcited from
Padme's presence. "Well that's good, it seems like you know how
to relax well with your picnic. You seem so at peace."

John headed off for his house, walking. Sherlock
followed him. "Isn't your brother picking you up?" John asked,
exasperated.
"Precisely," Sherlock said simply, continuing to
walk next to John, toward his house.

Padme smiled. "Well, I've had a nice relaxing day. Would you
care to join me? I have more food than I could possibly eat
here..." She dangled a piece of ginger candy in front of Dean.
"And I have a nice treat for a nice little boy...IF he behaves
himself!" She could see that the little guy was keeping both his
dad's hands full.

As soon as the bell rang, Hermione left
swiftly. She didn't want to talk to Aang. She'd forgive him, but
she didn't want to talk to him now. She wondered if he even had
a clue as to how she felt about him. She dashed away, grabbing
her backpack, and heading out.
---------------------------------------------------------
Aang moved after Hermione, confused and
exasperated. What was going on? "Hermione!" he called after her.
He tried to follow her, but bumped into a Junior, half a foot
taller than him, with silvery-white hair that had to be dyed. He
shrank back. "Uh... sorry." he said, giving a cheesy apologetic
smile, and hoping he wouldn't have to pull out evade tactics as
he sometimes did. High school was high school after all.

Darien nodded in agreement and laughed, "I don't think Dean can
resist an offer like that!" He sat down with Padme and Dean
seemed so at peace sitting with them. "Unbelievable, he is
actually staying still" Darien said with sarcasm watching his
son and smiling.

"No worries," Jack said lightly with a bright smile. "Well have
a good day," he finished as he maneuvered away, towards the
doors.

Duck hoped on her bus, heading to work, texting Lucy once she
had gotten settled.

Lucy's phone buzzed. She popped it open. U are still coming
around 4:30?
She typed her response to her bird-like friend, Yup. Can't wait.

and friendliness toward the boy with the silver hair behind,
hurrying after Hermione again, remembering his initial goal; he
really didn't know what he'd done wrong this time.

Darien smiled "most days, there are times he takes after his
mother" his words trailed off for just a second as he started
another sentence "so how is your last year of school going for
you?"
Zelda stopped Merida in the hall, "you forgot your lunch money
again dork and a half" she teased. "what would you do without
me?":P

Jack was winding through the mass of students in their exodus
with skill. He made it clear of the doors quickly, a wicked,
snow-white, smile gleaming on his face. But just as he got out
of the school, his attention was caught up by a black and white
border collie leaping several feet up in the air to gracefully
capture a neon-orange Frisbee in its mouth. What Jack didn't
notice was his feet had kept moving.
Next thing he knew, he was slamming into another body. Looking
up he saw a tangled mane of beautiful fiery-red hair.
It. Was. Her.

Duck hoped off the bus and walked the block to the little shop
that looked like a wooden and stone cottage strait out of an
enchanted forest.
