buyer buys tinderboxes 1gp ea
seller buys off him 101gp ea
then seller sells to bunsen burgen for 1gp ea
again
then repeat
40 trades is 100k
can probs do easy over 2m an hour
depends on how fast

you could make it faster if you note the tinderboxes after doing
a whole bunch of them, then sell/trade them

if im not mistaken i don't tinderboxes can be noted. (not sure)
